What is it?+
The management of trade union delegations in agriculture ensures an electronic exchange between INPS and the category associations that favour the collection of annual subscriptions.
Who is it aimed at?+
The management procedure is aimed at recognised category associations.
How does it work?+
The procedure for managing trade union delegations in agriculture manages the flow of trade union delegations through a direct online exchange between INPS and the category associations for the submission, viewing and updating in the archives of delegations for collecting membership contributions for farms and agricultural self-employed workers.
Category associations are recognised by INPS on the basis of agreements signed pursuant to Article 11 of Law No 334 of 12 March 1968.
In addition to the management of collection authorisations, the application also manages service delegations for accessing the Social Security Box for self-employed agricultural workers of association operators (message No. 682 of 16 February 2016).
Access to the application requires the tax code and PIN and is allowed only to operators identified by the national representative appointed by the trade union association with the signing of an agreement.
