What is it?+
The purpose of the “T.R.O.V.A.” service is to register, monitor and search the paper documents kept with the outsourcers entrusted with the six lots of the national tender for archives.
Who is it aimed at?+
The service is aimed at external suppliers awarded the national tender for archives.
How does it work?+
The application supports external operators to:
- classify and provide information about the paper documentation to different degrees of detail (Archival Series/Census Unit, Box, File);
- search for Series/Census Units/Boxes/Files;
- handle claims for consultation of the files by the Institute;
- identify the documentary units for the formulation of rejection proposals which will then be authorised by the Institute.
