The Online Postal Box service allows citizens to consult all communications submitted by the INPS from 2006 to the present (outcomes of claims and measures, reports from medical examinations and medical certificates, debit notices, income statements, etc.).
Who is it aimed at?+
The service can be accessed by those enrolled on the INPS private schemes through use of their login credentials.
How does it work?+
The Online Postal Box allows users to view and download letters in pdf format dated from 2006 to the present day and sent by the INPS via printing service. Users can also view and download registered letters and their returns in tif format.
In this case, users can view the image of the acknowledgement of receipt with the date of receipt or, in the event of failed delivery, the image of the envelope with the reason for non-delivery.
The letters sent by the INPS also include the outcomes of claims and measures, reports from medical examinations and medical certificates, debit notices and income statements.
