What is it?+
The procedure allows the administration or the institute, which signed the Framework Convention on establishment of Customer Service Points (CSP) at their facilities, to book an appointment for the user at INPS offices.
Who is it aimed at?+
Access to the service is reserved for the Public Administration.
How does it work?+
Once the appointment claim has been received, the INPS office can accept it or reject it by providing the relevant reasons.
If the claim is accepted, the user receives an e-mail that notifies the access to the same service so as to establish the date and hour of the appointment among those available at the Customer Service Point of the relevant INPS office.
The service is active only for CSPs located at the municipalities lacking an INPS unit.
