UNIEMENS submission for institutes and administrations

Publication: 01/02/2022

The Monthly Analytical Report (DMA), which is part of the UNIEMENS contribution record, must be submitted to the INPS by institutes and administrations enrolled in the INPS Civil Servants' Pension Scheme.

The report is reserved for institutes and administrations enrolled in the INPS Civil Servants' Pension Scheme.

The registered institutes and administrations start the contribution relationship with INPS Civil Servants' Pension Scheme at the time of their enrolment in the particular schemes (CTPS, CPDEL, CPS, CPUG, CPI, INADEL, former Enpas, Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits, Enpdep and Enam). The relationship continues until the obligatory registration requirement ends.

The INPS Civil Servants' Pension Scheme offers advice to institutes and administrations regarding registration, taxable payment and services used for social security purposes. For any clarifications contact the appropriate regional office.

The obligations for the institutes and administrations include the submission of the Monthly Analytical Report (DMA) to the INPS in order to inform it of all information related to contributions paid and update it on the insurance status of their dependent workers enrolled in the Civil Servants' Pension Scheme.

Starting from 01 November 2012, the monthly analytical report became part of the UNIEMENS contribution record within the specific "ListaPosPA" branch, which is aimed at dependent workers enrolled in the Civil Servants' Pension Scheme.

The submission to the INPS must be made online by using the dedicated service.
