Administrative appeal civilian invalidity

Two measures of protection are granted against the refusal decision concerning the invalidity allowance: a judicialmeasure, relating to the phase of health assessment, and an administrative measure which concerns the procedure for granting the benefit.
The appeal can be made by citizens who have submitted a claim for civilian invalidity allowance and have received a refusal decision.
The administrative appeal is permitted exclusively against rejection or revocation of economic benefits concerning administrative requirements such as income, citizenship or residence.
The administrative appeal can be submitted online to INPS using the dedicated service, alternatively, can be submitted by electronic services offered by patronage institutes and intermediaries thereof.
