Registration in the New Mutuality Fund

Publication: 09/03/2022

Attention: registrations for the New Mutuality Fund are suspended until 1 January 2020, as required by presidential resolution 69/2019.

The New Mutuality Fund, active since 2010, replaces the Old Mutuality Fund “Rest and Life Funds”. Registration is optional. Contemporary registration under the New Fund and Old Mutuality Fund is not permitted.

Dependent workers of Poste Italiane SpA and dependent workers of all associated companies, already subject of IPOST Fund Scheme deduction, as well as pensioners from the IPOST Fund Scheme may register with the New Mutuality Fund.

Full details on registration, benefits and settlement of the subscribed capital are available in Mutual Fund regulations (pdf 4.856KB).

Registration envisages the subscription of a predefined capital to be insured (pdf 159KB), which allows to calculate the monthly fee to be paid and the number of benefits that can be obtained each year.

The claim to INPS can be submitted on-line using the dedicated service.

Alternatively, the claim can be made, using the following forms: claim for registration in the New Mutuality Fund for dependent workers or pensioners and claim for registration in the New Mutuality Fund for spouses or cohabitants.

The claim must be sent to the address provided at the bottom of the form.

At the time of registration, a certificate is issued stating the starting date, the subscribed capital, the monthly premium and the heirs indicated by the beneficiary.
