The electronic mailbox HDServiziApplicativi-GDP@inps.it is intended exclusively for patronage institutes operators.

By emailing this mailbox it is possible to access the assistance service for computer applications provided by the Institute intended for patronage institutes.

The main problems for which you can contact the help desk concern:

• Infrastructural requirements and problems, namely all issues related to the configuration and connection to the IT applications;
• Aspects related to system accreditation and the profiling of users of the information system;
• Administrative aspects related to the use of computer applications for patronage institutes available on the INPS website.

The support claim should include as many details as possible to allow for a more accurate analysis of the problem.

Forms for submitting electronic claims

The services provided to patronage institutes offer two ways of sending claims electronically:

• XML format (eXtensible Markup Language), which the patronage institution can fill in with information taken directly from its own information system.
• PDF (Portable Document Format), which the patronage institution operator can fill in using "editable PDF" forms.
