REQUIREMENTS

At the time of claim, students must be enrolled in the second, third, fourth or fifth year of a secondary school.

The contribution is incompatible with benefits granted by the ITACA programme and Estate INPSieme. In the event that a student is already the beneficiary of one of the two contributions, he/she will be automatically excluded from the rankings of study stays abroad.

WHEN CAN I CLAIM?

The claim must be made within the deadlines set in call for tenders by the person claiming the service, exclusively on-line at the INPS, through the dedicated service.

HOW CAN I CLAIM?

Before completing and submitting the on-line claim, it is necessary to make sure of:

  • being registered in the database;
  • check that the PC has the correct configuration.

Some persons, although entitled to make a claim, are not recognised by the electronic system because they do not have institutional relations with the INPS Civil Servants' Pension Scheme or cannot be classified as applicants (surviving parent of a registered child or retired person, guardian of a child in writing or pensioner or under-age student). In this case, the claim form for registration in the database must be completed, to be delivered directly to the relevant INPS office based on the residence of the young beneficiary.

Alternatively, the claim can be sent by:

  • certified e-mail (PEC);
  • non-certified e-mail also attaching a copy of the identity document;
  • by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, attaching a copy of the identity document;
  • fax, attaching a copy of the identity document.

Addresses, fax numbers, e-mail accounts are available in contacts.

Following the publication of the rankings of admitted candidates with reservations, the applicant must upload to the database, in the reserved area of the site, through the dedicated service, a document certifying the registration to a course with the characteristics envisaged by the call for tender.
