The "INPS and Municipalities” area is divided into the following sections:
- information: presents the latest news, information and FAQs on services in the area;
- changes to personal data: allows municipalities to submit claims regarding the modification of residents’ personal data to INPS;
- pensions: provides access to the pensions archive;
- agreed payments: gives access to the allowance and subsidy payment service;
- citizen services: provides access to information and the services available to citizens;
- on-line assistance: allows the user access to tools for claiming support;
- change profile: allows the user to change profile in the event that there are several profiles belonging to a single user.
