Consultation of contributions/social security Account statement

The Contributions Account Statement is the document that lists the contributions recorded in favour of the worker and that illustrates the contributions from work, imputed, voluntary and redemption contributions, based on the relevant pension scheme.

Publication: 3 April 2017 Latest update: 10 December 2024

What is it?

It is a document that lists all the contributions registered in INPS in favour of the worker.

It summarises contributions:

  • for work;
  • imputed contributions;
  • voluntary contributions;
  • redemption contributions.

The contributions are divided according to the pension schemes in which the individual is enrolled. For example, it is possible to find:

  • in the General Scheme Social Security Account Statement, the contributions of those enrolled on the Compulsory General Insurance (AGO) scheme;
  • in the Separate Pension Scheme Statement, the contributions of para-subordinate workers.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is aimed at workers who want to:

  • verify the compliance of the contributions paid independently or by their employers;
  • report any discrepancies to INPS.

Workers close to retirement may request from INPS offices the Certified Statement of Account with analytical certification of the tax position with legal value.

How does it work?

The worker can view their account statement online using the appropriate service.

The Social Security Account Statement shows the worker’s personal data and, summarised in a table, the contributions divided into:

  • period of reference;
  • type (as an employee, artisan, merchant, military service, etc.);
  • contributions expressed in days, weeks or months, used for entitlement purposes and for the calculation of the pension;
  • salary or income;
  • references of the employer;
  • any notes.

If a worker has worked during periods for private and/or public employers and as a self-employed worker, within the Account Statement will view these different sectors in different colours.

You can view your Statement online or claim it by:
