What is it?

This service lets users view information regarding their contribution profile and provides tools to manage contribution notifications that must be sent to the INPS.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is designed for citizens who need to fix inaccuracies in their insurance records by claiming a credit or adjustments to their contribution periods.

How does it work?

Once logged in, users can view information regarding their contribution profile and use the tools available in the portal to manage contribution notifications that must be sent to INPS.

Processing times of the measure

The ordinary deadline for issuing the decisions is set at 30 days under Law no. 241/1990. In some cases the law may set different deadlines.

The table (in Italian) shows the terms exceeding thirty days, established by the Institute by means of a Regulation.

In addition to the terms for the issuance of the decision, the table (in Italian) also indicates the relevant manager.
