Authorised workers may use the online service to access general information on social benefits and functions for managing claims.

The service is intended for CAFs [Fiscal Assistance Centre] and public and social security institutes.

The service offers general information, latest news, reference regulations and a section dedicated to FAQ - frequently asked questions (particularly on the municipality's maternity allowance and the family allowance with at least three minors).

The authorised worker may access the following functions:

  • entitlement calculation;
  • acquisition;
  • consultation;
  • file transmission;
  • management of delegations.
