Below are the online services that INPS makes available to patronage institutes. The services are accessible to all holders of a user code indicated by the patronage institute and a password provided by INPS and, of course, with the delegation of the person concerned.

Single registry

It is the archive of all entities that have or have had relations with INPS.

It is used to check the biographical data of those who apply to patronage institutes to request a service.

Information is requested for:

  • tax identification code;
  • first name, surname and date of birth of the delegating party.

Contribution account statement

It is the statement of contributions paid and recorded in the INPS archives.

It is requested by entering the delegating party's tax identification code. 

The service allows:

  • view and print the list;
  • simulate pension calculation (by entering contributions).

Some contributions, such as those related to continuative and coordinated services, are not yet available.

 

Domus

This is the INPS database that collects information on claims for all benefits provided by the Institute.
The service provides users with information on the status of submitted claims.

The delegated patronage institute may access with:

  • personal data;
  • tax identification code of the delegating party;
  • the file identification number.

 

CUD (Certification of the Withholding agent) of the insured person and CUD of the pensioner

Allows you to view and print the duplicate CUD issued by INPS for all pensioners and insured persons who have received benefits from INPS.

Can be claimed by entering the tax identification code of the delegating party.

Obis/m

Allows to view and print the Obis/m document that INPS sends out at the beginning of the year to all pensioners.

Can be claimed by entering the tax identification code of the delegating party.

The document contains tax information on:

  • pensions;
  • payment methods;
  • the amounts of pensions received during the year.

Pension claims

Allows patronage institutes to acquire and transmit pension claims online to INPS.

Sponsored Practices

Allows consultation of the list of practices sponsored and accepted in a calendar year grouped by peripheral office.

The service is accessed with:

  • the user code of the central directorates of patronage institutes;
  • the password provided by INPS.

Delegations

Allows consultation of the list of practices sponsored and accepted in a calendar year grouped by peripheral office.

The service is accessed with:

  • the user code of the central directorates of patronage institutes;
  • the password provided by INPS.

Offices

This is the database that contains information on all peripheral offices of patronage institutes.

It is managed by the users of the General Directorates of the patronage institutes. 

These can:

  • enter a new office;
  • view, edit and disable existing ones.

Peripheral users can access in viewing mode.

Statistics

It provides statistics on access to online services.

Access is restricted to users of the central directorates of patronage institutes.

Users

This is the database that contains information on all the users of patronage institutes.

It is managed by the users of the General Directorates of the patronage institutes.. 

Central Directorate users can:

  • enter new users;
  • claim a personal password to access online services;
  • view and edit user data;
  • disable existing ones and change their own access password.

Peripheral users can view and change their own data and password.
