What is it?

The 'INPS and Municipalities' area is divided into seven sections:

  • INFORMATION: news, information and FAQ on the services available the area;
  • CHANGES TO PERSONAL DATA: allows municipalities to submit to INPS requests regarding the modification of residents’ personal data;
  • PENSIONS: provides access to the pensions archive;
  • PAYMENT COVERED BY PUBLIC AGREEMENT: gives access to the allowance and subsidy payment service;
  • CITIZEN SERVICES: provides access to information and services available to citizens;
  • ON-LINE ASSISTANCE: allows the user access to tools for assistance request;
  • CHANGE PROFILE: allows the user to change profile in the event that there are several profiles belonging to a single user.
