It is a service that allows self-employed workers enrolled in the Separate Pension Scheme to communicate with INPS.

It is aimed at self-employed workers enrolled in the Separate Pension Scheme (for example, freelance professionals) or their intermediaries. 

How does it work?

Using the Social Security Box, freelance professionals can:

  • view their personal details on record;
  • view their receivables/payables;
  • view their insurance status (Unex statements and Separate Pension Scheme accounts);
  • view the list of payments made;
  • see the status of registrations (payment order statements/debit
  • notices);
  • electronically submit claims for reductions of civil fines, refunds or instalment payment;
  • send or respond to messages received from the INPS using the two-way communication feature.
