What is it?
The service allows institutions, public administrations and private parties, obliged to open a contributory position, to submit a claim for enrolment in the Civil Servants' Pension Scheme.
Who is it aimed at?
The following parties may submit a claim: :
- institutions;
- public administrations;
- private parties.
How does it work?
The claim must specify the starting date of the enrolment requirement (date of establishment of the first employment relationship).
Public institutes must provide:
- he details of the establishment law, in the case of:
- national agencies;
- regional agencies;
- local agencies;
- health companies;
- hospitals;
- acilities of the Italian National Health Service;
- details of the decision of the Regional Council to set up the company, in the case of public utility companies;
- deed of incorporation as a true copy of the original and by-laws, in the case of:
- special companies;
- special consortium companies;
- consortia of local authorities
- union of municipalities;
- mountain communities;
- mountain unions;
- details of the decree of establishment and date of the first Board meeting, in the case of Chambers of Commerce;
- the details of the regional law establishing the new municipality, in the case of municipalities.
Private parties must provide:
- in the case of managing bodies of state-recognised private primary schools: :
- the details of the decree of the Ministry of Education, University and Research granting state recognition;
- he details of the decree of the Regional Schools Office (Ufficio Scolastico Regionale, USR) relating to the managing body;
- the legal document on the mandatory transfer of workers belonging to a public administration, already enrolled in the public pension scheme. It is necessary to provide a copy of the documents with which the employees have requested to maintain the public pension scheme to which they belong;
- the legal document on mandatory transfer in cases of: :
- merger;
- sale of companies;
- sale or lease of a business unit;
- tender contract;
- procedures for rationalisation of associated companies that involve the transfer of workers enrolled in public pension schemes, due to them having exercised the right to maintain their enrolment in this pension scheme;
- the details of the registration document in the register of private legal entities, in the event that:
- hey are private parties, as a result of privatisation;
- aat least one worker has retained the right to enrol in one of the pension schemes for civil servants.
State educational institutes providing payments with their own funds, financed by private or public institutions, including European Union funds, must open their own contributory position following the instructions of INPS Circular No. 172 of 16 October 2015.
Claim
The request to open a contributory position in the Civil Servants' Pension Scheme must be submitted through the service, by entering the required information.
