The pension certificate (ObisM form)
The pension certificate (ObisM form) states the pensioner's personal details, the competent INPS office, category and certificate number.
Every year, the INPS issues the pensioner the pension certificate (ObisM form) containing a summary of the main information on the INPS pensions in payment, such as:
- Any increase to the pension, which is calculated at the start of every year (automatic standardisation);
- gross monthly amounts for January payments and the 13th monthly payment, where appropriate;
- any additional two monthly payments, if there are changes in the conditions that determine the amounts (for example, family and additional arrangements that cease);
- net monthly amounts;
- revenue withholding tax and any regional and municipal surtax;
- any tax credits applied;
- any membership fees;
- deduction for payments which cannot be combined with employment.
The pension certificate (ObisM form) can be viewed online on the INPS website by selecting the dedicated service “Citizens’ Social Security Portal”/“Social Security Box”/“Forms”.
