How do I provide information on the office concerned and reserve access to the counters?

What is it?

Sportelli di Sede” (Office Counters) is a service that provides information on the offices that are open to the public and makes it possible to reserve access to the Counters including through web meetings from Italy and abroad.

Who is it aimed at?

The information service is aimed at all users, while the access booking service is reserved for users with login details.

Consulting services in web meetings from abroad are available for:

  • pensioners and workers residing in the United States of America and Tunisia;
  • residents of Germany registered with DRV SCHWABEN.

These services are provided by the Catanzaro office for Germany and by the Palermo office for the USA and Tunisia.

How does it work?

Those who access the service can check:

  • the office concerned and the opening hours;
  • the average service times;
  • the number of people in the queue;
  • the progress status of the queue.

In addition, the user may make a reservation for the same day at one of the open Counters and view the bookings in progress that match with their tax identification code.

Access to the Counters exclusively by reservation is being tested in some offices (with gradual roll-out throughout the country).

This allows the user to choose the most convenient day to access the Counter (including the current day).

As an alternative to the online service, it is also possible to reserve an access ticket to the Counters through:

  • the INPS Mobile app;
  • directly at the office;
  • By telephoning the Contact Centre on 803 164 (free from landlines) or 06 164 164 (from mobile depending on the tariff applied by the various operators).
