What is it
The Civil Servants Register represents the permanent registration of employees of public administrations established at INPS.
It is the tool through which managers and officials of the Department of Public Function can monitor civil servants data on a territorial (data can be explored at national, regional and municipal level) and temporal basis.
Who is it aimed at
The service is aimed at staff of the Department of Public Function.
How does it work
The analysis dashboards di analisi for civil servants are:
- of a general nature;
- specialised in phenomena such as commuting or turnover.
There are also in-depth sections on the flows of employees hired and dismissed in the relevant period.
The managers and officers of the Department of Public Function are supported, in the performance of their duties and in the evaluations of the policies undertaken, having at their disposal advanced dashboards, based on complete and up-to-date data.
Further information
The archive of the Civil Servants Registry is based on the information extracted from the UNIEMENS monthly analytical statements, which contain:
- salary data;
- contribution data;
- the information necessary to verify the payments made.
The dashboards made available at the time concern:
- permanent employees;
- the executive staff.
The display of the data is only possible in aggregate form.
