What is it?
The service allows vulnerable users (disabled persons and seniors), who have difficulty getting to the INPS offices, to request:
- a paper document to be sent to their own address of residence;
- to be contacted by telephone or in a web meeting (video call) for an appointment with a branch operator.
Who is it aimed at?
The following individuals may use the service:
- users with disabilities, with special and communication attendance allowance,under 18 years of age, or 75 years of age or older;
- visually impaired users belonging to the “civilian blind persons” category, regardless of age;
- hearing impaired users belonging to the “deaf persons” category, regardless of age;
- pensioners over the age of eighty residing in Valle d 'Aosta and in the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
How does it work?
Each user enabled for the service is sent an informative letter with:
- a personal identification code;
- the phone number and email address to contact to use the service;
- the business hours.
Users can call or send an email, and by using their personal code they can request certain services without having to go to the INPS offices.
Using the VulnerableUsers Channel, it is possible to request:
- paper documents to be sent to their own address of residence, including:
- PagoPA for domestic workers;
- Certification of the withholding agent;
