What is it?
The service shows the processing status of a claim submitted to INPS.
Who is it aimed at?
To all users who send a claim to the Institute.
How does it work?
The service, available within the MyINPS reserved area, accessed by logging in with your credentials, allows you to view the processing status of a claim submitted to the INPS.
To access this, you need a tax identification code and a case identification number (shown on the receipt of submission of the claim), chosen from:
- the ‘Domus’ number;
- the protocol.
