You can contact the helpdesk via the address  HDServiziApplicativi-GDP@inps.it (for patronage institutes workers) for issues concerning:

• infrastructural requirements and problems, namely all issues related to the configuration and connection to the computer applications;
• aspects related to system accreditation and the profiling of users of the information system;
• administrative aspects related to the use of computer applications for patronage institutes available on the INPS website.

The request for assistance must be complete with elements to allow a more accurate analysis of the problem.
