What is it?
The One-click welfare portal was the service used until 2024 for the online submission of claims for competitions reserved for users enrolled in the:
- Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits;
- Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme;
- Post-telegraph and ex IPOST Pension Scheme.
The Portal is still active for the viewing and management of the previous benefits, while the service for submitting the claim has been transferred to the Welfare benefit portal.
Who is it aimed at?
The service is aimed at members, users and pensioners of the Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme, the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme and the ex IPOST Pension Scheme, as identified in the specific competitions notice.
How does it work?
The following details are available for previous competitions:
- personal data and residence information;
- information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
- the statement confirming they have read the competition rules and accept the conditions.
You can check your claim status in the "View Requests" section, as well as the assessment outcome and other communications.
The Contact Center remains available to assist you for viewing services.
The simplified search allows you to select the relevant benefit and enter the submission dates of the request.
The service was used for the following benefits:
- ITACA Project;
- Archimede Project;
- Home Care Premium;
- Long Term Care;
- Estate INPSieme Senior;
- national boarding schools (day residential hospitality);
- day summer camps.
Processing times of the measure
The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.
