The Civil Servants Register is the tool through which the Department of Public Function can monitor employment and salary expenditure dynamics for staff of the Public administrations, on a temporal and territorial basis.

The dashboards for analysis are:
- of a general nature in relation to:
- staffing levels;
- recruitments;
- staff terminations;
- specialised in phenomena such as:
- commuting;
- turnover;
- throughput times in individual administrations.
Users of the Department of Public Function have advanced dashboards, based on complete and constantly updated data, which facilitate the assessment of the policies adopted and provide a strategic overview of future actions.
The Analytics Gate of the Civil Servants Register is based on the information extracted from the UNIEMENS monthly contributions statements.
The display of the data is only possible in aggregate form.
