What is it
The DIS-COLL-Com service allows you to communicate information relating to events that may affect the duration, measure, maintenance of the right to the DIS-COLL benefit or its payment methods.
Who is it aimed at
The service is aimed at those who have submitted a claim for DIS-COLL unemployment benefits and whose claim is in one of the following stages:
- submitted;
- verification of requirements;
- integration request;
- delivery of payment;
- rejected.
How does it work
By accessing the service, it is possible to check the detailed information on the most recent DIS-COLL claim submitted.
With regard to this claim, the user can send a communication to the Institute by selecting the event for which they intend to send the communication, including notes and any attachments. Events that may be reported include the following:
- hospitalisation;
- maternity;
- submission of the pension claim;
- commencement of work in a self-employed/para-subordinate/occasional manner;
- commencement of employment;
- change of address or payment method.
