The service allows a claim to be submitted for admission to the legal traineeship at the INPS Local and Central Law Office.
Publication: 21 February 2025 Latest update: 18 February 2026
What is it?
The procedure for admission to the legal traineeship allows citizens with a degree in Law and in possession of the requirements to submit the application to carry out the professional internship at the Local and Central Law Office of INPS, during the opening period of the annual campaign.
The application for admission to the legal traineeship must be submitted for only one of the INPS Legal Offices mentioned in art. 1 of the individual announcements, by accessing the online procedure.
Applications for admission relating to announcements from the Trentino–Alto Adige region, if published, must be submitted in the manner indicated in the respective announcements.
Who is it aimed at?
The application for admission to the internship at the Legal Offices of the Institute may be submitted by all citizens holding a degree in Law and meeting the requirements.
How does it work?
Qualified citizens can submit their legal traineeship application exclusively through the dedicated service on the Institute’s website, following this path: Homepage > Notices, announcements and invoicing > Recruitment – Central selections (in Italian) > Legal traineeship at the INPS Law Office.
The application will be divided into sequential stages which, once completed, will allow the application for admission to the internship to be sent. The application may only be sent during the annual campaign and within the deadlines indicated.
The applications received will contribute to the formation of lists of candidates by location, from which the competent Legal Offices will be able to draw when appropriate positions for carrying out the legal traineeship become available.
The lists established will be updated with the applications submitted in the opening period of the annual campaign.
In addition, to remain on the lists of aspiring trainees, it is necessary not to have exceeded eight months of registration in the register of trainees with the Council of the Bar Association. In the event that the candidate no longer meets this requirement, their name will be deleted from the list.
The Institute reserves the right to verify that they meet the requirements prescribed by the announcements and that the declarations made in the application for participation are true.
When the appropriate positions for carrying out the legal traineeship become available, a commission, specially constituted at each Regional/Metropolitan Coordination Directorate and the General Department, will verify the admissibility of the applications and, based on the evaluation criteria listed in the announcement, will prepare a classification.
Classifications will be published on the Institute’s website following the path: Homepage > Notices, announcements and invoicing: for the Central Law Office in the Recruitment – Central selections section; for Local Law Offices in the “Recruitment – Local selections” section.
