What is it?
The procedure allows applicants to submit a claim during the annual application period to undertake legal traineeship at an INPS local or central Legal Office.
Who is it aimed at?
Citizens with a degree in Law who meet the requirements may submit the claim.
How does it work?
The claim for admission to the legal traineeship must be submitted for only one of the INPS Legal Offices mentioned in art. 1 of the individual announcements.
The calls for tender for the Trentino–Alto Adige region, if published, involve specific procedures for submitting claims.
The claim:
- must be completed through a series of guided steps;
- can be submitted exclusively through the dedicated service on this page and can also be reached from the Notices, announcements and invoicing (in Italian) section, on the Recruitment – Central selections (in Italian) page, by selecting the item "Traineeship at the INPS Legal Office”;
- can only be sent during the opening period of the annual campaign and within the scheduled deadlines.
The claims received will be used to create lists of candidates:
- divided by local office;
- used, where necessary, by the Legal Offices responsible for legal traineeships when places become available.
To remain on the lists of aspiring trainees, it is necessary not to have exceeded eight months of registration in the register of trainees with the Council of the Bar Association.
When places for legal traineeships become available, a Committee will assess the eligibility of claims and draw up the classification based on the criteria set out in the call.
The Committee shall be specially constituted at:
- the Regional Directorates;
- the Metropolitan Coordination Directorates;
- the General Directorate.
The classifications will be published in the "Notices, announcements and invoicing" section:
- for the Central Legal Office, by consulting the Recruitment – Central Selections (in Italian) page;
- for Local Legal Offices, by consulting the Recruitment – Local Selections (in Italian) page.
Claim
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- be Italian citizens, citizens of a Member State of the European Union or of a non-EU State in possession of the requirements provided for in Article 17, paragraph 2, of Law 247/2012;
- be eligible for registration in the Register of Trainee Lawyers kept by the Council of the Bar Association competent for the area in which the INPS Legal Office indicated in the claim is located;
- if already registered in the Register of Trainee Lawyers, they must not have a seniority of registration exceeding six months.
WHEN CAN I CLAIM?
The claim must be submitted:
- during the opening period of the annual campaign from 1 October 2026 to 31 July 2027;
- exclusively online through the dedicated service;
- by logging in with your credentials.
