The service allows a claim to be submitted for admission to the legal traineeship at the INPS Local and Central Law Office.
Publication: 21 February 2025
What is it
The procedure for admission to the legal traineeship allows citizens, graduates in Law and in possession of the requirements specified in the tender, to submit the claim to carry out the professional internship at the Local and Central Law Office of INPS, during the opening period of the annual campaign.
The claim for admission to the legal traineeship must be submitted for only one of the INPS Legal Offices mentioned in the individual tenders, by accessing the online procedure.
Claims for admission regarding tenders from the Trentino–Alto Adige region, however, must be submitted in the manner specified in the relevant tenders.
Who is it aimed at
The application for admission to the internship at the Legal Offices of the Institute may be submitted by all citizens in possession of a degree in Law and the requirements.
How does it work
The citizen, in possession of the prescribed requirements, can submit the claim for admission to carry out the legal traineeship through the dedicated service. The tender is available on the Institute’s website, and can be found as follows: Home – Notices, tenders and invoicing - Notices - Legal traineeship at the INPS Law Office.
The claim shall be divided into sequential stages which, once completed, shall allow the claim for admission to the internship to be sent. The claim may only be sent during the annual campaign and within the deadlines indicated.
The claims received will contribute to the formation of lists of candidates by location, from which the competent Legal Offices will be able to draw when appropriate positions for carrying out the legal traineeship become available.
The lists established will be updated with the claims submitted in the opening period of the annual campaign.
In addition, to remain on the lists of aspiring trainees, it is necessary not to have exceeded eight months of registration in the Register of trainees with the Council of the Bar Association. In the event that the candidate no longer meets this requirement, their name will be deleted from the list.
The Institute reserves the right to verify that they meet the requirements set forth in the tenders and that the declarations made in the claim for participation are true.
When the appropriate positions for carrying out the legal traineeship become available, a commission, specially constituted at each Regional/Metropolitan Coordination Directorate and the General Department, will verify the admissibility of the claims. Based on the evaluation criteria reported in the tender, it will then form the classification.
The classifications will be published on the Institute’s official website, in the same section where the tender for admission to the legal traineeship has been published.
