The service allows to submit a claim for the contributory compensation following excess payments, exemption or reduction of contributions. It is intended for self-employed agricultural workers and agricultural business owners.

What is it

Self-employed agricultural workers and farms may ask to offset the amounts paid in excess with contributions that will be due in the future if:

  • they paid more contributions than necessary;
  • they have had access to an exemption from contributions or a reduction that generates a payment surplus.

How does it work

It is possible to submit an online claim to INPS, using the dedicated service.

Processing times of the measure

The ordinary deadline for issuing the measures is set at 30 days under Law no. 241/1990. In some cases the law may set different deadlines.

The table shows the deadlines exceeding 30 days, set by the Institute by means of a Regulation.

In addition to the terms for the issuance of the measure, the table also indicates the relevant manager.
