What is it?
Every year INPS announces scholarships for summer vacation and study stays in Italy, lasting one or two weeks, and abroad, lasting two weeks.
It is an opportunity in which recreational and sporting activities alternate with various cultural activities, trips and, especially while being abroad, the study of a foreign language.
Young disabled persons can benefit from continuous assistance by qualified personnel, with costs borne by INPS.
Listen to the podcast “Scholarships: an opportunity for youngsters” on the “INPS on air” channel of the Spreaker platform.
Who is it aimed at?
Stays are open to children, orphans and those equivalent by law to beneficiaries of:
- the ex-IPOST Pension Scheme;
- the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits (Credit Fund).
How does it work?
Whoever wins the Estate INPSieme call for tenders must choose the holiday package on the free market, making sure that it:
- includes all the minimum services envisaged in the call;
- is organised by a tour operator who meets the requirements.

HOW CAN I CLAIM?
The claim must be made online to INPS using the “Welfare Benefits Portal”. Once you enter the service, click on “Claim management”, on “Claim submission” and “Use service”. Finally, on “Go to the service” in correspondence with “Estate INPSieme”.
On the other hand, the “Estate INPSieme - Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme/former IPOST” service is available to view claims relating to previous years.
Both services can be accessed from this page.
Processing times of the measure
The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.
The table attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the measure established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
