What is it?
Estate INPSieme Senior is an annual competition that offers about 4,000 pensioners, their spouses and cohabiting children with disabilities, the opportunity to enjoy summer stays from July to October. Spouses and children with disabilities must appear in the ISEE certificate in which the holder of the right is indicated.
The vacation can take place in Italy or abroad at tourist facilities or even on a cruise.
Who is it aimed at?
Pensioners can participate in the competition:
- who are retired civil servants from Public Administration enrolled in the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits, with a monthly deduction of 0.15% from their pension. The right must have been held for at least one year and be valid at the time of claim.
- who are enrolled in the ex IPOST Fund.
How does it work?
START DATE AND DURATION
The starting date, duration and destinations of the stays will be indicated in the call for tender, which can be consulted in the Welfare, Welfare, Assistance and Mutuality (in Italian) section.
WHAT AM I ENTITLED TO?
INPS recognizes a contribution for the total or partial coverage of the stay, equal to the cost of a vacation package in Italy, organized and provided by third parties in the tourism industry (for example: tour operators and travel agencies), chosen by the claimant.
The package must include the costs of the required insurance coverage, plus those of:
- accommodation at tourist facilities;
- board;
- travel;
- day trips, excursions, sports activities;
- recreational activities.
The contribution is determined by the ISEE of the family unit of the right holder, as a percentage of the maximum value established by the competition announcement.
Claim
REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for submitting the claim are specified in the competition notice.
The rankings for admission to the vacation are drawn up according to the ISEE indicator increasing order, giving priority to the severely disabled, provided for in the tender.
WHEN CAN I CLAIM?
The terms for submitting the claim are established by the competition notice.
In order to fill out a claim, it is necessary:
- to be registered in the database as a “claimant” of the service;
- have the credentials for access to all online services, made available by INPS.
In the reserved area of the dedicated service, you will find the procedure "Estate INPSinsieme Senior –Claim”, which allows you to fill out and submit your claim to participate in the competition.
In the "Follow the claim procedure" section of the reserved area, it will also be possible to view the competition results and all the information related to the stay.
HOW CAN I CLAIM?
New claims must be submitted by the benefit claimant, exclusively online, by clicking on the ‘Use service’ button on this page and selecting the ‘Welfare Benefits Portal’ service.
In order to browse claims from previous years, select the ‘Estate INPSieme senior - Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme’ service.
You can access the services offered by INPS using one of the accepted alternative authentication systems:
- Public Digital Identity System (SPID);
- Electronic Identity Card (CIE);
- National services Card (CNS).
Processing times of the measure
The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms for conclusion of the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.
The table (in Italian) attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the measures established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
