What is it
The service allows you to submit online a claim for early extinction of loans granted by the Unified Scheme of credit and social benefits and the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme.
The digital service is not currently extended to those enrolled in the Special Pension Scheme for Poste Italiane SpA staff ( ex-IPOST Credit Fund), who can submit their claim for extinction using the GP03_Cred3 form, to be sent to welfare.attivitacreditizie@inps.it, attaching the last pay slip and a copy of a valid identification document, in pdf format.
Who is it aimed at
The service is intended for members of:
- the Unified Scheme of credit and social benefits;
- the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme.
The service is intended for those who have a multi-year loan or a small loan and wish to repay it in advance.
How does it work
By accessing the service, you can view:
- the list of loans you are currently repaying and for which you can request early extinction;
- a printout containing a preliminary calculation of the amount required to repay the loan;
- a list of repaid loans.
By consulting the pages in the “these might also be of interest to you” section you can learn about:
- the regulation;
- the interest rate applied;
- the rate for administrative expenses;
- the one-off payment into the risk fund.
Processing times of the measure
The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to article 2, Law 241/1990.
The table attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the measures established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relevant manager.
