The service allows public or recognised boarding schools, as well as their staff, to accredit themselves with INPS for students with excellent results, to receive a contribution towards the registration fee, to manage the documentation, and to verify the authorisation of benefits.

Specific for
Boarding school operators chosen by the winners of competition tenders

Publication: 26 September 2024 Latest update: 22 October 2026

What is it?

INPS provides a contribution towards the payment of the registration fee for boarding schools for students with excellent results, whether public or recognised and accredited by the MUR, and for the Campus X structures in Chieti, Rome and Bari.

The service allows:

  • the accreditation of boarding schools;
  • the management of the documentation by the staff.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is aimed at:

  • public boarding schools for students with excellent results or boarding schools recognised and accredited by the MUR, which intend to accredit themselves with INPS as structures that can be chosen by the beneficiaries winning the competition;
  • the staff of the boarding schools, for the verification and approval of the documentation entered by the beneficiaries.

How does it work?

You can access the service for:

  • accreditation of boarding schools, which is also valid for subsequent years if no changes are made;
  • verification of the benefits per user, with which the staff of the boarding school chosen by the winner of the competition:
    • access the platform;
    • verify the declarations and delegation entered by the user;
    • in the event of a positive outcome, authorise the sending of the documentation to the INPS local office.

Processing times of the measure

The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law 241/1990.

The table (in Italian) (pdf 210KB) attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the measures established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
