What is it?
INPS recognises, subject to publication of an annual competition tender, a financial contribution to provide income support for individuals with disabilities requiring intensive support or suffering from a serious illness.
The benefit previously known as the “Contribution for severe physical impairment and serious illness for ex IPOST members” is now called the “Ex IPOST contribution for individuals with disabilities requiring intensive support and serious illness”.
Who is it aimed at?
Dependent workers and pensioners of Poste Italiane SpA and ex IPOST dependent workers and pensioners registered with the ex IPOST fund scheme, as well as their spouses, civil partners, or children cohabitants or domiciled at specialised care and assistance facilities, can access the benefit.
How does it work?

The contribution ranges from 500 to 3,000 euro and varies according to the ISEE indicator of the beneficiary’s household.
WITHDRAWAL OF BENEFIT
The competition tender identifies mandatory methods and terms for submitting the necessary documentation to access the service.
