SISDA – Consulting Progetto di Vita (Life Project) requests

What is it?

The service allows duly authorised operators of the Ambiti Territoriali Sociali (ATS) to access requests submitted by people with disabilities to initiate the multidimensional assessment procedure for drawing up the “progetto di vita (life project)”.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is intended for operators of the Ambiti Territoriali Sociali (ATS) and other institutions identified by regional legislation that are responsible for preparing the “progetto di vita (life project)”.

Access is permitted only to users previously authorised by INPS via form AA17.

How do I access it?

To use the service, users must log in using their digital identity (SPID level 2 or higher, CIE level 3.0 or CNS) duly enabled by INPS.

To claim authorisation, users must complete form “AA17” (in Italian), entitled “Claim for authorisation to access online services for Ambiti Territoriali Sociali (ATS) and other institutions identified by the Regions for the preparation of the progetto di Vita (Life Project)”, which is available on the institutional website in the “Forms” section.

The duly completed and signed form, accompanied by a copy of the identification document, must be submitted to the territorially competent INPS office or sent to the certified email address (PEC) of the local office, available on the institutional website in the “Offices and contacts” section.

To sign the form, the institution's legal representative can designate a local utilities administrator as responsible for managing access permissions to INPS databases by filling out and signing the form ‘Local Administrator Appointment Form’.

If the institution has already appointed the local administrator for utility access to other Institute services, there is no need to submit the form again.

How does it work?

Once logged in, the operator can view the list of applicants for the “progetto di vita (life project)”, consult the relevant information and available documents, including the final certificates in both redacted and full versions.

New requests are displayed in priority order starting from those marked with the "New" status. Alternatively, it is possible to search for a specific request using the available filters (for example, name, tax identification code, DOMUS code, etc.).

Once the ATS operator has completed the “progetto di vita (life project)” preparation procedure, they can enter the result into the system.
