- deaf persons;
- persons with handicaps;
- persons with disabilities;
- citizens with an ongoing claim for recognition.
How does it work
The objective is to provide information to:

Through the Disability Portal it is possible to consult the progress of the claims for recognition:
- of the allowance for:
- civilian invalidity;
- blindness;
- civilian deafness;
- disability;
- of the benefits referred to in laws 68/99 and 104/92.
It is possible to view:
- the recognised invalidity;
- the introductory medical certificate;
- the claims submitted (both ongoing and closed):
- the place, date and time of the visit;
- the reports drawn up by the ASL (Local Health Authority) and the Institute.
For each claim it is possible to consult the results of the phases of the health-administrative process, including those already defined or to be completed.
The Disability Portal guides users to transmit the necessary health documentation to the INPS Medical Commissions to draw up minutes of:
- first applications;
- aggravation;
- revision of documents.
The Portal also contains notices and deadlines for:
- first applications;
- applications for revision;
- attendance allowance claims.
In the “Communications” section you can view the notes sent by the Institute to users.
In the “Payments and coupons” section, you can also view the complete list of expected and received payments.
