Publication: 3 April 2017 Latest update: 6 May 2026

What is it?

The service allows you to simulate the amortisation schedule.

Who is it aimed at?

It is aimed at those enrolled in the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits, in particular:

  • civil servants in service;
  • pensioners.

How does it work?

To carry out the simulation, the user must log in to the online service with their credentials and set:

  • the amount to be financed;
  • the ‘Amortisation Type’.

The amortisation schedule is for information purposes only.

For more information, see the User Manual (in Italian) (pdf 2,5MB).

Processing times of the Measure

The deadline to define the measure was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.

The table (in Italian) attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the measures established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
