What is it?
The Benefits Portal (ex-DiResCo) allows users to fill in the main Responsibility statements online and receive real-time confirmation that the submission was successful.
Who is it aimed at?
The following may access the portal:
- companies;
- consultants;
- professionals.
How does it work?
For certain fulfilments, employers must submit a Responsibility statement certifying that they meet the requirements set out in the legislation.
The Portal allows:
- employers and their intermediaries to submit Statements online and view those already submitted;
- INPS offices to manage communications in digital format, without paper storage.
The list of Statements that can be signed online is available on the “Responsibility Statements Menu" homepage.
