What is it?
The service is aimed at:
- reporting a change in the address for medical home examinations during illness from the address indicated in the medical certificate;
- consulting the list and details of the medical home examinations received;
- printing the available visit reports.
This service does not in any way replace the obligation of workers to communicate the address for medical home examinations to employers.
Who is it aimed at?
The service is aimed at workers in the private and public sector.
How does it work?
To access the online service, you must:
- click on "Use service";
- log in.
After logging in, you can:
- select an illness certificate for which the certified period of illness is still ongoing;
- report a different address for medical home examinations from the one indicated in the certificate;
- consult all the available addresses previously reported (INPS circular no. 106 of 23 September 2020 (in Italian));
- select a medical home examination to view the details and the available reports;
- consult the history of medical home examinations received.
COMPENSATED PRIVATE WORKERS
Private workers entitled to social security protection against illness must use the service to notify INPS, promptly and before moving, of changes in availability.
In this way, the penalties provided for in the event of inability to carry out a medical home examination due to failure to correct the worker's address are not incurred.
PUBLIC WORKERS BELONGING TO THE SINGLE SYSTEM
Public workers must, in accordance with current legislation, communicate the change in address for medical home examinations only to their Administration during the certified period of illness.
The service is also available for public workers and allows them to:
- optimise the communication flow;
- have greater guarantees of the correctness and timeliness of the information for the performance of medical home examinations.
The service must not be used to communicate temporary absence from one's home for:
- therapies;
- medical checkups;
- health checks;
- other justified reasons.
