What is it
The DOT Virtual Desktop is the new intelligent interface developed to simplify access to INPS services.
Through an interactive, informative, integrated and customizable environment, the Virtual Desktop makes it possible to:
- interact with the DOT virtual assistant;
- quickly access services using voice or text commands.

- companies;
- consultants and professionals;
- category associations.
How does it work
The system appears as an interface from which it is possible to:
- interact with the DOT virtual assistant via voice or text commands;
- access INPS services directly, in a simplified and contextualised way;
- consult WikiDOT for a complete overview of all services managed through the platform.
The service is continuously evolving and will incorporate new features and integrations, also thanks to the contribution of the users who use it.
