What is it?

This service allows workers enrolled in private and public schemes managed by INPS to submit online a claim for pension and other social security benefits, including invalidity allowance, social allowance, pension recalculation (reconstitution), pension instalments for heirs and the certified statement of account (ECOMAR for maritime workers and ECOCERT for others).

It also allows to claim Social APE and the benefit for workers who were under age 18 when they first began to work.

This service is aimed at workers in the private or public sector.

How does it work?

With the above service, beneficiaries who meet the requirements provided for by the law can fill out and submit online the claim for benefits to which they are entitled.

The benefits in question are:;

  • old-age pension;
  • early/seniority pension;
  • incapacity pension;
  • invalidity allowance;
  • social allowance;
  • survivors' pension (reversibility / indirect);
  • recalculation (reconstitution) of pension;
  • accrued and uncollected payments (also for Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme members);
  • settlement of pension instalments to heirs (accrued and uncollected payments);
  • certified statement of account (ECOCERT and ECOMAR);
  • Social APE;
  • benefits for early workers.

Within this service, the user is first asked to fill in the personal information section and then to select the type of claim from a drop-down menu.

Processing times of the decision

The ordinary deadline for issuing a decision is set at 30 days under Law no. 241/1990. In some cases the law may set different deadlines.

The table shows the deadlines exceeding thirty days, set by the Institute with a Regulation.
