Offices and contacts

The "Offices" (in italian) page provides useful information on how to access the information counters and on the appointment booking services offered by the Institute.

The “Contacts” page contains information:

• on certified electronic mail (PEC) boxes, for communications strictly within the recipient’s jurisdiction, which can only be used if you have a PEC box;
• on the Multichannel Contact Centre, the electronic system developed by the Institute to provide support in using online services;
• on INPS Responds, the service that allows you to independently send requests for regulatory clarifications and information on services from your computer.
