Procedure steps
- Access via authentication, search for Contributions Account Statement service, insert Tax Identification Number, display Account Statement, print (if necessary), exit service.
Login details, identification, and signature required by the procedure
- Public Digital Identity System (SPID), Electronic Identity Card (CIE), National Service Card (CNS).
Type and format of documentary evidence
- A Consultation service of one’s overall social security situation. The service allows you to download, save - on your device - and print the contribution statement in pdf format.
The contribution statement, which has no certification value, has the following structural characteristics:- complete personal data of the insurance account holder;
- representation in a single context of the subject's entire insurance position;
- display of insurance periods broken down by scheme and, within each scheme, in chronological order;
- presence of notes describing the conditions and limits for using certain periods;
- presence of information on certain personal situations of the subject and on insurance events in the process of being defined, aimed at changing the amount of the individual account.
Means of redress or appeals
- Reports relating to possible inconsistencies/irregularities can be submitted: Fa.Se. (Reports Dossier) for Private Pension Schemes INPS and RVPA (Application for changes to insurance status) for Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme.
