Publication: 10/05/2022

The benefit relates to loans granted until 1998 to housing associations for the construction of affordable and popular houses to be assigned in ownership to beneficiaries.

The benefit, governed by the Consolidated Act no. 1165/38, is currently suspended and INPS manages the amortisation of loans to companies or, after the premiums payable, to the shareholders.

Loans are granted to cooperative housing associations and their partners.

The amortisation instalments of the loans to the cooperatives and partners must be paid through the payment portal with the INPS device PIN.

By accessing the service it is possible to activate the following administrative procedures:

  • loans to cooperative building - claim for early repayment of loans and simplified loans cancellation;
  • loans to cooperative building - claim for early repayment of loans and consent for loans cancellation;
