Small and multi-annual loan simulation for those enrolled on the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits

Publication: 12/05/2022

Those enrolled on the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits can simulate a small or multi-annual loan online.

The service is available to individuals enrolled on the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits managed by the INPS.

The web application provides three menu options to guide the user when selecting the loan to apply for, and enables them to view following information for each loan type and loan duration:

  • the minimum and maximum obtainable amount;
  • the amount that can be obtained by entering the preferred monthly payment amount;
  • a specific amount to be obtained.

In addition, a customised service is also available which requires users to log in with their enabling login details. This service lets them carry out a more accurate loan simulation using the personal details that the INPS has on record for them. This service provides a breakdown of the loan calculation and the amortisation schedule showing the key features of the loan being applied for.

The results given by the simulation are not binding for the INPS.

This service also includes pension compensation information for pensioners on the public scheme (ex National Social Security Institute for Public Administration civil servants, INPDAP) for simulation of the calculation of the obtainable amount and the transferable pension portion available for access to the loan.

There is also a service to view account statements (showing the payment status, purely for information purposes) and a service to calculate prepayment of the loans being amortised.

Once logged in, users can choose from the services available by clicking on the menu option, 'By topic' and then 'Credit'. From here, users have access to the following functions:

  • Small Loan for Insureds - Claim (simulation and account statement);
  • Multi-annual Loan for Insureds - Claim (simulation and account statement);
  • Loans - Prepayment Claim (for simulation of the prepayment calculation).

These functions can also be viewed by selecting the 'In alphabetic order' menu option.
